Business Model

In late 2010, we entered into a two year joint development agreement with Micron Technology Inc. to scale CMOx™ and build it in cross-point arrays with a commercial target of sub-20 nanometer cross point memory.

Because we invented CMOx™ and will continue to lead development and commercialization of our technology in cross-point arrays, we own significant intellectual property. Our IP portfolio includes: patents, patent applications and trade secrets that apply to CMOx™ cross-point memory.

• In 2012, we will launch a broad licensing and technology transfer program to memory semiconductor manufacturers worldwide. A combined offering of a license to our patents, reference designs and extremely valuable manufacturing know-how gained in our joint development program will speed the commercialization of CMOx™.
  
  
• Based on a foundry relationship with one or more of our licensees, we are developing CMOx™-based cross point memory chips for specialty markets, like enterprise storage. We will sell these specialty chips directly to our customers.
