• Focusing research and development (R&D) resources and manufacturing investment only on advancing CMOx™ memory technology, and not on scaling the underlying CMOS transistors.
• Tight control of Unity's intellectual property (IP) on CMOx™ memory technology as applied to BEOL Memory™. 

Unity Semiconductor’s memory customers will benefit from:

• State-of-the-art non-volatile memory products produced at low cost-per-bit.
• Large single chip memory density in a small die
