Job title: Device Technology Engineer / Manager

Description:
This position is for a Device Technology Engineer with strong expertise in characterizing and modeling oxide materials as well as strong expertise in semiconductor device physics including tunneling devices.
He/ she will have solid understanding of semiconductor technology and manufacturing. The Device Technology Engineer will contribute in the areas device improvement, device modeling, and device integration.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• PhD Degree in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
• At least 3 years of industry experience in device physics or device processing
• Strong background in physics and device physics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain failures to a large group.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively under a fast paced work environment.
• Experienced with numerical methods, characterization techniques and semiconductor modeling.

Job title: Process Integration Engineer
Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Description:
This position is for a Process Integration Engineer or senior Engineer, in the field of semiconductor processing. The candidate will develop, review, improve process modules for Unity's CMOx technology, a fabless company working in a partnership with Micron Technology.
He/she will also interface with Tool Vendors to develop proper recipes and process modules.
Desired Skills and Experience:
The candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in process development and process integration.
He/she must be knowledgeable with 300mm, sub 45nm processing techniques such as CMP, ALD, damascene processes and modern materials such as high L or low K dielectrics. The candidate emphasis should be on integration, not one specific tool.
The candidate should be familiar with device physics and device measurements.

Job title: Test Engineer
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Type: full-time
Experience: Junior level
Description:
In this highly visible role, you will ensure smooth operation of the test floor, test the lots out of fabrication and create reports.
You will write software: test programs to control semiconductor characterization equipement and testers, scripts such as J-script and W-script to extract the characterized data.
You will also work with and manage MySQL databases.
You will work closely with other teams (Product, Design, Process and Device Engineers).
Desired Skills and Experience:
Candidate will need to have good knowledge of C & C++ languages, J & W-scripts and MySQL software.
A B.S. in EE or CS is required, along with good programming skills. An EE background, such as a decent understanding of electronic design and semiconductor devices is also required.
